Nothing here sits on a shelf. Your digital preview arrives in 2 business days. Once you approve the final preview, a jeweller makes your piece by hand in up to 10 days. Tracked delivery then takes up to 9 days.
Why the price changes
We price each piece by what it takes to make: the silver in it (a bigger piece uses more) and the hand work (every colour is its own enamel, filled and fired separately). You pay for the figures. The silver chain is our gift.
Size and material details
925 sterling silver, or sterling silver with gold plating, with hand-filled coloured enamel, about 1.2 mm thick. Sizes are measured on the longest side; weights are approximate. The exact size follows the drawing, and you will see it in your preview before anything is made.
Shipping information
Shipping cost and options are shown at checkout. Every order is sent with tracking, in a gift box, with a printed copy of the original drawing.
Caring for your piece
Take it off for swimming, showers and sport. Keep it away from perfume and cleaning products, store it in its box, and wipe it gently with a soft dry cloth.

Do I pay for the whole piece before seeing my design?
No. First use the calculator to see a preliminary jewellery price. Then order a $9.99 digital design preview. We email the preview and confirmed price within 2 business days. Only after you approve do you pay the remaining balance. The whole design fee counts towards this jewellery order.
What if I do not go ahead after the preview?
If you do not proceed after the design preview is delivered, the $9.99 design fee pays for that work and is not refunded. There is no additional cancellation charge for this preview-first flow. If we cannot prepare your design, we refund the design fee. Earlier orders retain the terms agreed when ordered.
How is the price worked out?
Like any piece a jeweller makes by hand: by how much silver it needs and how much work goes into it. A bigger pendant uses more silver; more colours mean more enamel to fill and fire. You choose the size and roughly how many colours, and see the price straight away. No hidden extras. The chain is our gift.
What if I pick the wrong number of colours?
Just pick your best guess. We check every drawing before we make the preview. We confirm the final jewellery price with your preview before you pay the balance. If it needs more work, we explain the price and ask first. We never charge more without your okay.
Is the chain really free?
Yes. Every pendant comes with a sterling silver chain in the length you choose, and every bracelet with its silver chain, at no extra cost. Stud earrings come with sterling silver backs and a spare set. You only pay for the piece made from the drawing.
When will it arrive?
Your design preview comes in 2 business days. Once you approve the final preview and pay the balance, your piece is made by hand in up to 10 days. Tracked delivery then takes up to 9 days. Allow up to 19 days after approval and balance payment, plus 2 business days for your preview and any time you take to approve.
What if I don't have a drawing yet?
You can browse real examples now and return when you have a drawing. Upload it to the calculator to see a preliminary price, then order your personal design preview. Nothing goes into production until you approve and pay the balance.
How do I know if my child's drawing will work?
Almost every drawing works. Very thin details are thickened slightly so the silver stays strong. You will see exactly how in the preview before anything is made.
Can you join several drawings together?
Yes: two hearts, a whole family, a house and a sun. Choose the Whole Family Bracelet for several figures, or leave a note with your order.
What is it made of?

Can I add extras later?
Yes. Hearts, stones and name tags can be added to any piece we made for you. Just reply to your order email.
