Production time

The US$9.99 design preview is digital and is emailed within 2 business days; no physical sample or jewellery is shipped at this stage. For custom jewellery, manufacturing takes up to 10 days after design approval and payment of the remaining balance.

Delivery

Every order is sent with tracking, in a gift box, with a printed copy of the original drawing. Delivery takes up to 9 days after dispatch. For custom jewellery, allow up to 19 days after design approval and payment of the jewellery balance (up to 10 days to make it and up to 9 days in transit). Allow an additional 2 business days for the digital design preview, plus any time you take to request changes or approve it. Ready-design jewellery does not require a custom preview: allow up to 10 days to make it and up to 9 days in transit.

Customs and duties

Some countries charge import duties or taxes. These are set by your country and are paid by the recipient when not collected at checkout.

Tracking and problems

We email you a tracking number when your order ships. If your parcel is late, lost or arrives damaged, write to support@savenoq.com and we will sort it out. See our Refund policy for details.
