Every piece is made to order

Each Savenoq piece is made by hand from your child's drawing. Because of that, our refund rules depend on how far your order has gone.

Preview-first custom orders from October 20, 2026

Use the calculator to see a preliminary jewellery price. If it suits you, order a personal digital design preview for US$9.99. This is a digital design service, not a physical sample or a jewellery order. We email your preview and confirmed jewellery price within 2 business days.

If you approve and order the jewellery, the full US$9.99 is credited once towards that jewellery order. You pay the remaining balance after approval, before manufacturing starts. The jewellery price may differ from the preliminary estimate; we confirm it before you approve or pay the balance. No balance is charged automatically.

If you do not proceed after your design preview has been delivered, the US$9.99 design fee pays for the work already performed and is not refundable. There is no additional US$30 cancellation fee for this preview-first flow. If we cannot prepare your design, we refund the design fee.

Earlier full-payment custom orders

Orders placed under the previous full-payment flow keep the terms agreed when ordered: cancellation before design approval is refunded minus US$30 for completed design work.

After you approve the design preview

Once you approve the preview and pay the jewellery balance, we start making your piece. Because it is a one-of-a-kind custom item, we cannot accept returns or give refunds for a change of mind after approval.

Damaged or not as approved

If your piece arrives damaged, or does not match the preview you approved, email us at support@savenoq.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the piece. We will remake it free of charge or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You do not have to pay to send anything back unless we ask you to, and in that case we cover the cost.

Simpler drawing, lower price

We check every drawing before making the preview. For preview-first orders, we confirm the jewellery price before you pay the balance. For earlier full-payment orders, if your drawing is simpler than the option paid for, we refund the price difference.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method in US dollars. Your bank may take a few days to show the refund.
