Terms of Service

Overview

This website, savenoq.com, is operated by SAFFRON LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong ("Savenoq", "we", "us"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. New custom drawing orders start with a US$9.99 digital design preview. The calculator shows a preliminary jewellery estimate. We confirm the design and jewellery price before you approve and pay the balance, with US$9.99 credited in full. No remaining balance is charged automatically. Ready-design jewellery is paid for in full at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a drawing cannot be made into jewellery; in that case we refund you in full.

Custom pieces and the design preview

Each piece is made by hand from the drawing you send. Before anything is made, we send you a digital design preview, which you can ask us to adjust. Your digital preview is sent by email within 2 business days. Making starts only after you approve the preview and pay the jewellery balance. Handmade pieces may differ slightly from the preview in colour and fine detail; the size follows the drawing and is shown in the preview.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund policy. For new preview-first custom orders, the US$9.99 pays for the digital design work and is not refundable if you do not proceed after delivery of that preview. It is credited in full if you order the jewellery. There is no additional US$30 cancellation fee in this flow. If we cannot prepare your design, the design fee is refunded. Earlier full-payment orders retain their agreed US$30 design-work deduction before approval. After design approval and the start of manufacturing there are no change-of-mind returns, but damaged pieces or pieces that do not match the approved preview are remade or refunded.

Your drawings and photos

You confirm that you have the right to send us the drawings and photos you upload. You keep all rights to them. You allow us to use them only to make and deliver your order. We will not show your child's drawing or your piece in our marketing without your permission.

Our content

The text, photos, designs and other content on this site belong to Savenoq and may not be copied without our permission.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer law.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
